StaffGenerator adds an optional pay range to its generator, so the job description shows a real salary range instead of a generic competitive salary line, in five languages.
StaffGenerator now puts a real salary range into the job description it generates. Enter the lowest and highest pay, pick euro, pound or dollar and per year, month or hour, and the range replaces the generic competitive salary line in the What we offer section.
The range is written in the language of the pack, so a Dutch job description reads Salaris: 4.000 tot 4.600 euro per maand in the local number format, and the same works in English, German, French and Spanish.
The change follows the EU Pay Transparency Directive, which gives applicants the right to know the starting pay or its range before the interview. A half filled or inverted range is caught on the form before anything is generated.
