Who we are
This website is operated by Dream OPS B.V., trading as “Website Holding”, registered at Hamerstraat 3D, 1135 GA Edam, the Netherlands. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this site. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights below, email support@websiteholding.com.
What we collect and why
Analytics (only with your consent). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and how they move through the site — so we can improve it. Analytics only runs after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. Until then, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage denied, so no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent. If you accept, Google processes this data on our behalf; we do not use it to identify you personally.
Contact form. If you send us a message, we process the name, email address, and message you provide so we can read and reply to it. Submissions are protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, and the message is delivered to our operations inbox.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. These are not used to track you.
Cookies
We do not set any non-essential cookies before you consent. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets its own cookies (for example _ga and _ga_<id>) to distinguish visitors and remember your session. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token when you use the contact form, which is necessary for the anti-spam check to work.
Withdrawing consent
You can change your mind at any time. Clearing this site’s data in your browser (site settings → cookies and site data) resets your choice and shows the consent banner again, where you can Reject analytics. Rejecting keeps analytics off.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of processors to run the site: Google (analytics, only with consent), Cloudflare (contact-form spam protection), and Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery). We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ configured retention period. Technical logs are kept for a limited time for security purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us at support@websiteholding.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
