StaffGenerator has launched a bulk job description generator, letting Pro users turn a spreadsheet of open roles into a full set of staffing packs in one step.
Upload a CSV listing each role's job title and industry, with optional seniority and company name, and StaffGenerator returns a ZIP file containing a complete Word document for every row: a structured job description, a first-30-days onboarding checklist, and a role-relevant HR policy draft. Each pack is generated by the same engine and Word writer a single generation already uses, so a bulk-generated pack is identical in quality to one made by hand, just produced for up to 50 roles at once instead of one at a time.
This is aimed at recruiters and HR teams scaling a hiring round, such as an agency staffing several open positions for a client, or a growing company opening a batch of roles across departments in the same week. Rather than generating and exporting each staffing pack individually, the whole batch downloads as one ZIP, ready to hand to hiring managers or drop into an applicant tracking system.
